1. Agreement

By using Aphido ("the Service"), operated by Soulbatical BV (KvK: 94498369), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Aphido provides automated security scanning for web applications. The Service analyzes publicly accessible URLs for common security vulnerabilities including but not limited to: missing Row Level Security, exposed credentials, XSS, SQL injection, and insecure configurations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Only scan applications you own or have explicit authorization to test
Not use the Service for malicious purposes or to exploit discovered vulnerabilities
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Not resell scan results without an Agency subscription

4. Subscriptions and payments

Free tier: 3 scans per month, 7-day scan history
Pro (€29/month): 50 scans per month, PDF export, unlimited history
Agency (€99/month): unlimited scans, whitelabel reports, API access
All prices exclude VAT where applicable
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through the customer portal — no refunds for partial months

5. Scan reports

Security reports are generated based on automated analysis. While we strive for accuracy, scan results may contain false positives or miss certain vulnerabilities. Reports should be used as a starting point for security assessment, not as a guarantee of security.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Soulbatical BV is not liable for any damages arising from the use of scan results, including but not limited to: data breaches, security incidents, or business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual property

The Aphido name, logo, scanning technology, and report templates are owned by Soulbatical BV. Scan results and PDF reports belong to you. Agency subscribers may whitelabel reports for their clients.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for scanning unauthorized targets or abusing the Service. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Overijssel, the Netherlands.
